Refund & Cancellation Policy

Life happens. Here's exactly how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds work at Crash Out Rage Rooms.

Cancellations & Reschedules

We know plans change. Our cancellation window is based on how far ahead of your scheduled start time you let us know:

  • 24+ hours before your session: Cancel or reschedule at no charge and receive a full refund.
  • Within 24 hours of your session: Cancellations receive a 70% refund. You may instead reschedule once to a later date at no extra cost, subject to availability.
  • No-shows: Missed sessions with no advance notice are non-refundable.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

The fastest way to change a booking is through the confirmation email from your online booking, which includes cancel and reschedule links. You can also reach us directly:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Deposits & Parties

Party and large group bookings may require a deposit to reserve the room. Deposits follow the same 24-hour window: cancel 24+ hours ahead for a full deposit refund. Party cancellations made within 24 hours forfeit the deposit but can be applied toward a rescheduled date within 60 days.

Memberships (Crash Club)

Crash Club memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions billed through Square. You can cancel anytime and your membership stays active through the end of the current billing period. Monthly subscription payments already charged are non-refundable, and cancelling stops all future renewals.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, but they never expire and are fully transferable. A session booked with a gift card follows the standard cancellation window above; when eligible, the value is returned to the original gift card.

Late Arrivals & Safety

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete your waiver and safety briefing. Closed-toed shoes are required for every guest. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and guests who cannot meet the safety requirements may be turned away without a refund.
